Not necessarily. While some positions may benefit from industry knowledge, many roles focus on administrative, customer service, finance, recruiting, and operational support. We provide role-specific training to help team members succeed.

International team members are paid weekly via wire transfer, with no transfer fees deducted from their pay. Payments are sent directly to the bank account provided during onboarding. Additional payroll details, including pay schedules and requirements, will be discussed during the hiring process and onboarding.

An International Team Member is a remote professional who works with Power Plus Systems from outside the United States, supporting various departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Recruiting, Scheduling, Estimating, Marketing, and Administration.
