Working remotely with PPS has been a rewarding experience. The flexibility of the setup allows me to manage my time well, especially with my growing family. The time that I am previously wasting in commute is now spent being present for my family. Even though we're not in the same physical space, communication has always been clear and efficient. I feel trusted to handle my tasks and stay productive, which keeps me motivated. What I enjoy most is how supportive and approachable the team is. Chris reaches out to me at least occasionally and asks how everything has been, which makes me feel that I belong even if I work remotely. I also appreciate the trust and responsibility given to me—it’s helped me grow both personally and professionally. One highlight is when we had a meeting with Jerrett and Chad, and they recognized my familiarity with the electrical code which made me feel valued.
